Mike Garland’s Training and Facilitation work incorporates a unique combination of up-to-date research (including skills, knowledge and methodology), combined with action methods, practical demonstration and real life simulations.

Changemaker Consultants has a skilled network of associates that it can call on to provide specific expertise and co-facilitation services when required.

Mike is available for casual one off consultancy work, or longer term training and development projects. Courses and training events are tailor-made to suit the clients’ needs and requirements, and may involve a training needs analysis being undertaken.

In addition to Training and Facilitation, Mike is available to provide Life Coaching, Professional Supervision and mentoring services to individuals and groups in private and public sector organisations.
