Mike has several decades experience in providing Professional/Clinical Supervision Services and has also taught in this area extensively for many years. He has co-authored an article on this topic which may be found in the Resources and Publications section of this website.

He has for the past 30 years maintained a Supervision caseload of approximately 30 people, with his clientele coming from a variety of helping professions including; Social Workers, Counsellors, Pastors, Military Padres, Ministers, School Guidance Counsellors, Community Workers, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Academics, and Non-Government Agency (NGO) Managers.

For the last 20 years he has regularly run training in Professional Supervision for staff of Te Whatu Ora/Ministry of Health in Hospitals (previously DHB's) in the lower North Island of New Zealand.
